In-Person Semi-Private Spanish

If you and your friends believe in-person learning works best for you, Kasa de Franko (KDF) is here to help. We offer private lessons where students progress rapidly thanks to the instructor’s undivided attention.

In a semi-private (2:1 or 3:1) setting, the students and instructor interact using examples of everyday activities to learn vocabulary, phonetics, and grammar. This individualized approach allows the instructor to focus on the student’s needs and pace, ensuring quick progress.

The KDF method emphasizes applied grammar and phonetics, helping students understand context, and grammar structures, and immerse themselves in Spanish culture.

Our approach recreates materials used to teach Spanish-speaking children, emphasizing immersion and the communicative approach as the natural way to learn a language. This method helps students become fluent in speaking Spanish and think in Spanish.

Our in-person Spanish lessons are conversational, emphasizing in-context interaction rather than translation and memorization. This practical approach ensures that students can use Spanish effectively in real-life situations.

For Semi-private in-person lessons, we offer flexible 10-hour Spanish courses consisting of ten 50-minute lessons. Depending on your needs, you can choose a semi-private for two or three students. For more students, please consult with us.

E-textbooks, e-workbooks, and all e-learning materials are included in the class fee. Students can opt for lessons lasting more than one hour per session.

In-person private lesson fees are for locations within three miles of the City of San Mateo. For private lessons in other areas, please inquire for more details. Our face-to-face lessons can be held at a location of your choice, such as your home, office, a café, or any other convenient place.
